I have just made my last visit to Once Upon A Child!! First I walked in with my neatly folded "tote" of clothes and turned it in for the big review. I put my son in the almost toy less play area. Then, I proceeded to shop the over stocked, over priced, unorganized, unseasoned clothes. I then proceeded to see how much they were going to give me on my buy back of "gently worn" clothes after 25 minutes. To my dismay, they only selected not even a handful of my "gently worn" clothes...to the tune of $6...I would have faired better at a garage sale!! When I was reviewing my purchases, a closer look revealed over pilled pajamas and another pair with the feet cut off of them...and to think they wouldn't take a pair of brand new jeans with a "blemish" on them.
Once Upon A Child needs to re-review their buy back agenda, because they do not live up to their "gently used" motto. They should also reconsider their pricing strategy, they were way over priced for resale.
