I have been to this car wash a few times. The Job was acceptable and that is why I went back on 8/16/07. As I was pulling out I noticed that on my turn signal/wiper switch the cruise control on/off switch was broken off. I noticed this because I always keep my hand on the switch. A habit of mine. When I returned to Johnson's to report this the Manager & the Owner were un apologetic. They said that this did not happen there, and totally refused to be responsible for it. They never called over the guy who had cleaned the inside of my car. They never asked him what happened, they just strait out said it didnt happen there. They made me feel very uncomfortable. The Owner eventually said that he would fill out a accident report and so I asked him for a copy of it. This would have not been a big deal to me if they had only been nice to me. They treated me with total disrespect as if I was lying about the incident. I will never go back here. more
