This resort is in the recently renovated downtown riverfront of Dubuque. The resort is wonderful! It has a large water park area. The water includes a couple of large slides, lazy river, and younger kids area. They do offer hotel packages that include the water park or you can just pay for the water park. Also right next door is the National Mississippi River Museum and Aquarium.
