This company has extremely bad customer service. I would never buy anything from them. When we purchased our house, we were told that the granite counter was installed by The Rock Shop. I had been told that granite needs to be resealed every 2 years or so. Since the house was 3 years old, I called the Rock Shop about the resealing. Ok, so the first time I was told that they were out of the sealer and they would call me when it came in. Three months later, I call back. Yes, the sealer is in but my counter may not need resealing. Someone would call me back. Months later, I call back. This time someone does come to look at my counter. Yes, it need to be resealed. They are working the neighborhood next week. They will call me to let me know when they will come. Guess what? They never called and that was over 1 year ago. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Tegler Design came and resealed my counter with just 1 phone call. more
