My first experience with acupuncture was also with Paul. While I was a bit hesitant and doubtful about its effects, Paul helped me to relax before the treatment and was quite calming as I went through the process. My main objective was to work through stress (attributable to my job), and the treatment had accomplished that. After the treatment, I had felt as good as if I had been to an intense yoga session.
I intend to go to weekly sessions and plan on staying with Paul. I definitely recomend the West Seattle Acupunture Clinic - whether you're new to acupuncture or have had experience with this type of treatment before.
