I just had a regular oil change and air filter done at this place and when I go to check out my total was $63.82. I couldn't believe it because my boyfriend had called this place a few days before to find out how much they charge for oil changes? They told him $9.99 for the reg oil change. When KT gives me my options he told me that the High point change is $29.99. He charged me for this and a 16 pt check, which I didn't get!
I told him that I wanted my tires rotated and he said they forgot and that it would be an extra $19 to have that done.
One of the many things that this 16 pt oil change includes is an interior vacuum, windshiled wiper fluid and exterior wash on windows - NONE OF THAT WAS DONE EITHER! All the guy could say is "Ma'am, this is the area that you are in" I told them that they are false advertisement and bad business. Beware of going to this place!
