I went to this location for lunch, I am new to Florida and I have been in food service for over 20 years and I know how to greet and be attentive to the customer, however this particular day the young man who was at the register, there was another employee there doing something to a register next to the one that took my order, I could tell this employee could have cared less if I was pleased, he was VERY disinterested in my placing of the order and I ask for water, after getting my food and sitting down I noticed the reciept which showed $1.19 I was shocked that a restraunt would charge this HIGH price for a cup and yes I know that some do charge a small fee for the cup but not $1.19!!! I went and questioned why so much for a cup of water at which time I was handed a smaller cup for just that water and this one was already filled with water. The mood of the empoyee and the others standing around along with the product of the food wasn't to my liking so I went and ask was there a 800 number for the business at which time I was told NO and with that I left and am now adding my comments to the site. I was not happy with the service or the addittude of the employee. more
