Guardian Angels Thrift Store in Fuquay-Varina is worth the drive. It is very large (I believe I heard 20,000 square feet), and well organized. The money they make is funneled into Alzheimer’s Research, and at their prices, you can definitely afford to buy a lot to support it! They pretty much have everything you’d need from furniture to clothes to kids toys to books…you name it. They always have lots of new items every time we go so you’re not going to find the same stale things all the time. Parking is ample and it is right off the main road, so it’s pretty easy to find.
