Uggg. If you like cheap cheese in mass quantities than you will love Paco's. The food tasted slightly better than low-grade frozen burritos. Which is shame, because I had read some good reviews of this place. It has been in Winter Park for many years, and lots of locals come here to dine. The service was nice and quick. and the chips were pretty good (a necessity for any Mexican joint worth its salt) Ok, bad joke. The place is a bit run down, with rickety tables and cheap plastic coverings over probably twenty years of cheese grease.
