These guys were great when my contract expired and I needed to alter my plan, drop my husband's phone, and get a new phone. Turns out much of that business needs to be done over the phone, and they were kind in pointing that out.
But instead of upselling me to buy a phone beyond my needs, they encouraged me to keep my phone and not renew a contract until the phone actually broke.
How many retailers will do this??
