I decided to try Canine Groomers shortly after they opened, mostly because they were within a few blocks of my house and my Wire Fox Terrier had received some less than stellar haircuts from Petsmart.
I had to drive there to make an appointment as the phone was off the hook for the 3 hours prior to my in-person visit. The price was about average, as was the haircut. I returned home to find that my dog had a nasty 4" cut on his neck which later became infected.
I thought I would give them another chance and tried to get another appointment about 6 weeks later. After calling at various times/days for nearly 2 weeks and only getting voicemail, I finally left a message, which was never returned. Given the lackluster grooming my dog received and the fact that they don't seem to really want my business, I gave up.
