It took Time Warner 4 times to come and install speed internet. Close to two months; I knew that these guys did not know what they were doing. They would make some outrages excuses as to why the internet was not running. "The computer is old"-only three years old " "they need to come back because they need something"
They would schedule an additional visit themselves. A very frustrating situation.
Cable t.v. in not easier. The images keep breaking up, they come change the DVR and off they go. "It will work in half an hour, they call their office to send their electrical surge to make it work; turn tv. off, turn it back on and it is suppose to work = nonsense.
Customer service - Cahuenga office -WLA-
The worst I have encountered, I have been hung up twice and in one day, have been badgered by the representative "WHAT DO YOU WANT US TO DO?"
"I can't do anything" They transfer me to a fellow co-worker claiming to be supervisor- or literally hang up.
I do not understand how these people who obviously are uneducated,illiterate and lack social skills are working and representing this company.
I am very disappointed with TIME Warner
They sent me a post card which reads:
Dear M.
I would like to take a moment to apologize for the problem you recently experienced with your service. Thank you for taking time out of your day as we worked to resolve the issue on Feb. 10 2007.
