The best part? The people are helpful, honest, and kind. My favorite part? The guy (or gal) who actually did the work on your car records a tape that they then leave in your tape deck, so you can hear directly from them what they found and what they did. Incredibly powerful. It's a bit pricey, but I've never had to come back for a second fix on anything, so I count it well worth it.
