We've taken 2 cars here. The first one "needed a new transmission" ($3000). We took it to Aamco, and the tranny's just fine. The second one, they kept for 2 weeks without doing anything, even though I told them to replace the spark plugs & coils, and change the oil. They said they didn't have my phone number, even though THEY called ME to tell me about the previous $3000 repairs my car "needed". They did, however, tell me I "needed a new mass airflow sensor" ($900). The MAF was replaced a year ago. When we went to check on the car after hours, it was sitting outside with the key in the lock! When I went in on the next business day and told they guy how upset I was about the situation, he told me there was "no reason to get an attitude". They will rip you off and leave your car to be a target for theives! They now have 2 complaints with BBB, and I filed a complaint with AAA. DON'T GO HERE!!
