went thinking finally someone who might know how to make a great wood fired pizza....
but instead got standard Nebraska fill me up, thick crust, unremarkable sauce, too much cheese pizza....
for those who want a real Neapolitan pizza, thin charred crust with fresh tomato sauce and not too much but just enough real mozzarella cheese this is not the place! most self rising frozen pizzas are far better and cost less...
to the owners...
you have a great place..and a wood fired oven will make great pizzas but quit trying to be the same as every body else in Nebraska....look at some websites like Lombardi's or Slice and do some soul searching about what is good pizza because right now you don't offer it....
