I bought a BBQ grill there that was rated highly in Consumer Reports. Every interaction I had with Sears emplyee on the floor and on the phone was negative! Bad attitude, unknowledgeable, rude, sexist... When they delivered the grill - they dented it. Thenn when I tried to complain, they transferreed me to the National Customer Relations - which seems to me to be permanent hold. more
