Poorest customer service I've ever encountered 11/17/2007

This bookstore has the worst customer service I have encountered in my life. A few examples: * Sit on the floor to examine a book = trying to steal from them * Been open 3 hours but only one register in the entire store is open * Rude employees * Ruder management * Poor organization I'm afraid someone's going to have to pay me to go back here. more
