Each year, on your child's birthday, they will receive a birthday card, and a surprise gift from Geoffrey. From what I have read, they will receive a small gift card, along with a coupon they take to customer service, where they will receive a special birthay hat and mylar balloon, and they will announce the child's birthday over the intercom!
