Will My Order Ever Be Right 4/7/2006

I feel like I'm torturing myself when i go through the drive through line each time. We usually order from this location because its closer to home. Tonight we went through the drive through and the cashier got our order wrong, she didn't have the right things listed and couldn't' get us a total before pulling up. I don't' know about you, but i can guess why. (She had plans on pocketing the money?) Who knows. So, we wait and then go to the next window. Then the Guy tells us that the cashier lady said we didn't pay the money. We explain to them, show them our change and wait more time. Our order was ready, just sitting there but there was so much confusion, noone was giving it to us. There was so many workers talking and 2 were arguing about working. We got our order and i didn't look in till we pulled off. Big mistake. It was wrong, but i didn't care because i have been through this so many times with them, i just let it go. The service is always bad. The manager, is usually friendly and that is great. Its the workers that are either not getting along with each other or standing outside smoking. To make matters worse i will probably stop by there again next week. I'm a gluten for punishment i suppose. If only there was another store closer to home. more
