From what I remember, Abigail was a fairly new sales person but very willing to answer all our questions and get help when she was unsure. Upon our first visit, the vehicle we were interested in had just been traded and not all the sales people had a chance to become familiar with it. I was impressed by the fact that she totally immersed herself and showed us many of its features upon our return. She wasn't pushy or annoying, but made a point to check-in on us to answer any questions we may have had. Thanks, Abigail! We love our Aviator!! Diann
