We refinanced through Ulster Savings about six months ago, and the whole transaction was pretty smooth, and everyone along the line was VERY nice and helpful. When we got to the closing we were actually happily surprised to find out our interest rate was going to be lower than we thought. We are not near any Ulster Savings branches or I think we would have opened an account with them by now in addition to our mortgage.
