We had a pretty good deal with our 2007 328i that we bought in April this year. The salesperson is friendly and trying to accommodate our deal at that time but the only problem after we bought our car that he is not good in returning calls or maybe ignoring it about the small gift that he suppose to mail a week after we purchased the car. After couple of messages that I left on his voice mail, he finally answered my call and I found out that he sent the small gift to the wrong person and address so the salesperson at that time will mail me another one to my home addres but unfortunately it didn't reach my home yet. I called him back recently and good thing he was available and ask him if he already sent the small gift and he said he already did 2 weeks ago but I think that is unbelievable. If he cares about his customers and business, he could have call me at home and follow up if I already rec'd the small gift that he mailed 2 weeks ago. Good thing that I picked up the floor mats at the dealer after 2 days we bought the car, otherwise it might went to the wrong address.
