3 day Blinds = Horrible Service and no where near 3 days 5/25/2007

Recently shopped and purchased blinds at 3 day blinds via one of there local stores . The consultant came to my house- did a great job - so i placed the order- blinds arrived soon after ( not 3 days ) but i knew that going into this . called 4 times to get the installer to make an appointment for install and no response, i went to the local store where this all started and they don't handle the installers schedule so Crap out of Luck- today one week later i have 2 huge boxes in my house and no site or contact from installer- This in my opinion is horrible customer service and its like we want your business and your money- then screw you to get our product installed and no customer service either- their corporate sight doesn't even have an option to talk to company other than to email them on anything but customer service. Hmmm -- makes you wonder -- If you are in the market for new window blinds, shades, treatments- i would suggest going else where -- there are many more options. stay tuned . more
