The people who work there give you personalized attention, let you try out the bicycle by taking it out for a ride, and can usually give you a good deal if you ask. Don't expect the cheaper bikes you would find at a department store though. These bikes are good quality and you will pay higher prices for it (although worth it if you are serious about bike riding).
