Called Venetian Flooring given their stellar reviews only to find out they only do wood. I spoke to the owner who referred me to MAC Flooring (awesome as they're in competition) for my porcelain/wood look tile. Got on the horn with MAC and had a 20 minute conversation with Grant about the project; no one takes that kind of time anymore, I was pretty much sold at this point.
