This is a locally owned bank, hence the name. They are very friendly and easy going. They definately cater to the locals with their special accounts. There are several branches throughout the county offering normal bank services. They don't however, offer online banking or the new services that most banks have started offering so if you are into new aged banking, this probably isnt the bank for you.
