Less than ZERO for Crunch Fitness due to horrendous and highly frustrating Crunch I.T. issues that has NOT been resolved for weeks despite multiple phone calls and emails with various managers and Operations managers. Although I should have the ability to sign up for classes to lessen the stress of getting to the class which is part of their service, due to Crunch I.T. Issues located at Crunch Corporate Headquarters in New York and their ineptness to fix ONGOING problems, I and lots of other members have been subjected to a great disservice!! Crunch Fitness SUCKS, PLS DO NOT BECOME A MEMBER THERE, spare yourself from the drama and headache which is the opposite of Health and Fitness!!!
