The only good thing I can say about Chet's was their Sales person. He was wonderful, and so were his recomendation that I called. He promised that I would not have any more pooling of water on my flat roof because that would put in a cricket system. Since Chet's installed my roof back in 2004, I now have lakes on my roof (thats what the neighbors call them). Also, when they installed the hot tar roof they poured hot tar down 3 of my down spouts. When I asked them to fix the problem the suggested I call a Gutter company. There were so many problems that they finaly told me never to call, and that my warenty would be null and void. The roof was expensive to put in, close to $20,000.00, it is only 3 years old with cracks in the tar over 1 inch wide. We will need to replace the roof soon. Please, do not use this company, they promised the world and delivered pain and heart ache.
