Some restaurants are able to deliver on these qualities, one of them is Noodles & Co. It's a great casual restaurant chain with Asian, Mediterranean and American style noodle dishes. They offer healthy options with your choice of meat. They also accommodate vegetarians with their offerings of veggies and/or tofu options.
The service is great, and the food I've had so far has been great as well. Feel free to eat in or take out.
So if you're short on time and money, but what a quality sit down meal that doesn't involve burgers or pizza, I'd definitely suggest this place. Try the Japanese Pan Noodles with tofu for a dish with some kick! :)
