It is a spin off from the sav a lot stores. Sav a lot starting carry dollar items and before you knew it they had opened up their own dollar store. This is the only one in the Milwaukee area.
Its actually spelled DEALZ with a Z on the end.
They do carry some of the same food items as sav a lot does, but you will find the prices to either be higher or lower, as they round it all to a buck.
The store can get quite messy. And I dont think they have as big of a staff of workers as most dollar stores do.
Good selection and variety. They also get closeouts from big retailers too.
