Recently, I moved into my new house, and have experienced some plumbing problems. My landlord has been very gracious in helping me get the problems solved, but what should be minor problems have turned into major problems.
My landlord chose to use Mullin Plumbing out of Broken Arrow, OK and we have received nothing but poor service.
Initially, I had small minor problems, but did need to be fixed becaue I have small children. My landlord called Mullin Plumbing to have a tech come out to fix the problem. In the meantime, I had some plumbing problems occur in the bathroom (bear in mind I only have 1 bathroom). My landlord called back to Mullin and told them that this problem has occured and the dispatcher told him they would have to send out a different technician for that problem, but that tech could fix everything. The dispatcher also promised my landlord that someone would be out there today and her quote was "the techs do not go home until the jobs scheduled for the day are done". My landlord sat at my house from 1 pm to after 8 pm waiting for someone to come out. I finally called them after 8 and got a hold of a tech who said that my job never got relayed from dispatch.
That tech came out to fix the plumbing issue in the bathroom so our water would drain out. He did explain the other job that needed to be done would require more time because of having to go through the wall to access the pipes. He said that we needed call the next morning to schedule a tech to come out. My landlord did so and the job was scheduled for today between 8 am-12 pm.
Needless to say the technician didn't show up until after 2:30 and never once did either the dispatcher OR the technician offer an apology for the inconvience for their lack of knowing how to schedule jobs.
Now, the SAME plumbing problem in my bathroom has started again and now they are wanting to charge us an "emergency" fee for someone to come out after hours to do the job that apparently wasn't done right the first time. They said the other option would be for a technician to come out between 8-10 tomorrow morning.
Mullin Plumbing has horrible customer service and the dispatchers do not have the common courtesy to let waiting customers know that their technicians are running behind. This is a major inconvenience to the customer-especially when having to miss work is involved. I would NOT recommend Mullin Plumbing to anyone.
