I have had dealngs with Excelsior West in Vancouver Washington and they refuse to pay for their mistake. They claim they lost our plates when we decided to go to a different bag manufacturer and refuse to pay for the new plates. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE CROOKS.
