I have had the worst time with Kiwi carpets. Do your homework before you allow them in your home. They ruined my carpet and the carpet pad along with the hardwood floors underneath. Customer service is and was HORRIBLE and they refuse to fix their damages. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone not even my worst enemy. BEWARE!! They made me add at least 1 star!
