Tacos Xalisco, located near Stater Brothers on Sierra Avenue between Foothill and Arrow Blvd. offers great service and great Mexican food. A hispanic friend once told me, "You know a Mexican place serves good Mexican food if other Mexicans are dining there." This is the case at Tacos Xalisco. They have a little of everything - some dishes that I'm sure are native to Mexico as I have never seen them or heard of them before. The carne asada burritos and carne asada quesadillas are what keep me going back for more. Delicious!
