1st visit to shop was a few years ago (fender bender), paint was great. 2nd visit, 2 years later,I was called & told to pick up my car without advance warning (4:30 on friday, but I work 1.5 hrs. away = 3 extra days on rental car WITHOUT reimbursement from Moores!). 3rd visit was to get an estimate: I showed up at the shop 11:30 to find the door locked (12pm closing sign). Around the corner were to office/staff members hanging out smoking. I was told "We just closed, try again later." I don't think so Moores... more
