This morning we decided to get breakfast at McDonald's (21st St. and Maize Rd.) through the drive through. My husband arrived home only to discover that part of the order is missing. (surprise, surprise) He was so disgusted that he was going to give his food to our 4 year old and he wasn't going to eat. I went back up there to get my son's food. You might imagine how it ruined our breakfast together. I told the others to eat since I didn't want their food to get cold. We really didn't get to eat together. So much for that! More times than not, our order is incorrect at the McDonald's at 21st and Maize Rd. in Wichita, Kansas. I usually check the order when I go, but when my husband goes, he doesn't. Then when he gets home I usually have to drive back up to the restaurant to get what is missing. Why should we have to check our order? Don't employees get paid to fulfill the customers order accurately? Currently, we have been frequenting restaurants that have top customer service, but today we decided to try McDonald's again. What an idiot we must be to think it would be different. McDonald's problem is one that could easily be corrected, if it chose to do so. Also, if a mistake is made and the customer has to make another trip to McDonald's, then the restaurant should make some sort of accommodation for the inconvenience that they caused. "Sorry," Just doesn't quite make up for the problem. Sometimes one doesn't even get a "sorry"! I hope someone decides to take this seriously and make a change for the better. It is a pity to lose business because of poor training of employees
