My wife and I have been taking our 3 dogs to The Paw Spa for years and have to say, we have never been more pleased. We were referred to the Mrs Rina from a friend. When I contacted her, I told her I was interested in a special cut for my Pomeranians. After taking the time to discuss the issues with me, I knew Mrs Rina knew what she was talking about.. When the day came for the Poms appt, My husband and I arrived and were very surprised to see how clean and neat the spa was. The staff met with us in a very professional manner, Mrs. Rina introduced herself and went over again what we wanted for our Poms.She gave us a time for pick up and that time was accurate. When we arrived, our Poms looked amazing! With my prior dog handling experience I know what to look for when a dog goes to a groomer, and I did not notice any clipper burns or nicks/cuts ever... Are dogs always look happy, smell clean, but most of all, We were very satisfied..... Mrs Rina and the staff at The Paw Spa will always be our groomers...
