Ordered a new Prius with leather seats. trip 1 to dealer, auto was sent to a installer. Wrong leather was installed after a week delay. trip 2 to dealer received the right leather but car was returned with damage to the doors, scratches on the plastic and metal parts of the doors(4). trip 3 for repairs - received car with drivers door partially repaired, not the others, and found scratches on the front bumper and a ding in the driver side rear. The plastic piece on the drivers door around the controls is not the same color as the one on the passenger side door. They want me to dive the car until it is time for the 5,000 mile oil change. Their attitude is one of not caring once they do make a sale. more
