We frequently eat at The Rib Tickler and have had them cater the annual dinner & auction for my children's school for the past 2 years (and will continue again this year). The food is always fresh and tasty. The beef is lean, the ribs are tender and my husband loves the shrimp dinner. The baked potatoes are huge, there are a variety of choices for side items and desserts. My only complaint is that it's a "Pepsi Joint".
