We called the River View Restaurant and asked if their delivery service goes to my area. I was originally told that it was up to the drivers, was put on hold, finally spoke to a driver who told me that he was willing to deliver to me. I got put on hold again so I could order, waited a LONG time for them to pick back up, and when they finally took me off hold the man I spoke to was surly and rude and told me that the restaurant did not deliver to my town. We're only 2 miles away. I explained that I had talked to the driver and that he was willing to deliver. This is when the order taker told me that what the driver said doesn't matter and that they don't deliver to my town and then he HUNG UP ON ME. I will NEVER go to their restaurant and I will tell all my friends about the rude treatment I received. more
