Oh my gosh...this gym rox!!! It has great equipment and a great staff. They have a couple of clocks so you never lose track of time . They also have a kids club for small children while their parents work out. They have a huge variety of machines...from the treadmill to the chin/dip assist. It is a great gym with great stuff!!
