I took my children here for their first cleanings and they made it through perfectly. They loved the office because he has games in the back and child friendly decor. The staff makes you feel comfortable. and are exceptional. Although you can not go back with your children, I believe that the staff makes it easy on them and they think they are "big" because they go by themselves. Mine both came out with flying colors and said they want to go back and get more toothbrushes.
