I recently had a service call with Bardi. It was the first time I had used them, and I found them to be exceptional. The service technician, Chad Phillips, did an outstanding job. He was very thorough, polite and professional. Explained everything he was doing. Then sat down with me to review the diagnosis, and explain the options of how best to resolve. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and no "skepticism or doubt" on my part whatsoever. Sometimes that's hard to find with service providers - always questioning are they here to help? Or just looking to sell unnecessary parts and services. I had complete confidence in Bardi, and would highly recommend them.
