I scheduled a appointment with them to put in subs, amp, 6x9 and a remote starter... So I was told to bring my car in at 10:30 which I ended up waiting for the guy till 11:40ish... Just when I was pulling off he was pulling up to get my keys/car!! Now to make along story short, he told me he would be done with my car around 6 or 7pm so I can make it to work at 9pm but that didn't happen... He kept the car all day!! Wow!! Wait it gets worse!! So the next day he texts my phone saying that he had to order a part for my remote starter which didn't get installed at all and on top of that he blew one of my tweeters in the dash... So I'd say paying $375 to hook up some subs while keeping my car over night when he received it early in the morning is just ridiculous and unprofessional... I wouldn't recommend INNOVATIVE AUDIO to my worst enemy cause they service sucks... So if you're gonna deal with any car audio place make sure not to have INNOVATIVE CAR AUDIO as a option... Period!!
