MHTC which stands Mount Horeb Telecommunications is based out of Mount Horeb, WI, but provides internet access to most if not all of Southwest Wisconsin. Their service is fine; I have not had any real major problems. Once over the winter there apparently was ice on one of the towers and I could not dial up (yes, horrors, I have dial up!) for about a day or a little less. When I finally called them, "ice on the tower" was the explanation they gave me. Within 24 hours I was back on-line. They are not 24 hours accessible so you do have to try and get hold of someone during regular business hours, so that's a bit of a pain. For the most part though, any problems I had, I could wait for the "store to open".
