I was hooked by one of the many “get a cleaning and free whitening” pamphlets that the practice regularly places all over the nearby Microsoft campuses. The initial consultation was good. The office is close to Microsoft and has a pleasant lay-out.
I was surprised at the amount of treatment that they wanted to perform on me as I did not think that my teeth where in particularly bad shape based on my experiences with previous dentists. None the less I did go ahead and get some work performed. My “moment of truth” was when I had a crown performed. This was the experience from hell. She was unable to get me numbed and I was in agony throughout the process. The crow was a cause of endless problems and took multiple visits to get it to a point where I was not in continual pain.
It was at this point that I started to talk to other people at work that had been to her and started hearing other horror stories.
Don’t be tempted by the free whitening. There are lots of other great dentists in the Redmond area who are contracted with the major insurance carriers and won’t require you to spend a fortune.
