I had the worst experience in my life wih this Tuffy's. One mishap after another. A repair was supposed to take 4 hours turned in to 3 days. They talked very condescendingly to me and didn't want to answer my questions or explain how the part worked(what they were telling me was read from a tech manual...they couln't put it into there own words.) When the job was done they called me and told me how much it was, and when I got there it was another much higher figure. he problem wasn't ever resolved I ended up trading the car it was messed up!
