I live in the county, and therefore I have to pay for my residental pickup out of my pocket three months in advance so, I was very disappointed when I had to call every week to have them pick up and then sometimes they still didn't pick up. Their customer service sucks as well. All they want to say is we're sorry. That doesn't do me any good when I have trash over flowing on the curb for weeks at a time. Then after paying the bill I ended up canceling their services all together. They of course wanted to pocket over half of the payment I had just made. I am still waiting for my refund which has been almost two months ago. I should have known that there was going to be a problem after all the company I worked for for nine years had the same problem with them. Go figure!
