Tremendous service! Alex and Ross were right on time and could not have been more pleasant. They quickly cleaned the tiles to perfection, as well as, made sure each corner the two hoses came in contact with were protected.
In addition, a thin piece of plastic was placed under each leg of furniture so as to not absorb the residue moisture...that dried well within the (previously advised) 4-5 hour window.
For those folks concerned about being overcharged for tiles, measure the square footage and (if needed) count the number steps on your staircase before you call. Not sure how to calculate square footage? Darn.
