I went in for an exam & was fitted for contact lens. The first & only lens I tried were very uncomfortable & I mentioned this to the Dr. It was obvious the lens were irritating making my eyes watered & red. The Dr still had me try them out for a week. Well guess what. During the entire week the same thing! It was apparent the Dr didn't want to take the time to fit a correct pair on me! Staff is ok. I just had an incident where I waited 10 mins on the phone until I hung up & called them back. I'd def go to another center if one where closer.
